Setting up my email accounts in Outlook

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Go to Tools | Accounts
  3. Click on Add | Mail
  4. In Display Name, this will be the "From" name people will see.
  5. Click "Next"
  6. E-mail address: Type the email address you would like to send email from: you@[yourdomain].com
  7. Click "Next"
  8. My incoming mail server is a "POP3".
  9. Incoming Mail (POP3 or IMAP) server:
  10. Outgoing Mail(SMTP) server:
  11. Click Next
  12. POP account name: [username], Password: [passwd] Click "Next".
  13. Choose your connection type depending on your connection method.
  14. Click Next.
  15. Click "Finish"
