Setting up my email accounts in Outlook
- Open Outlook
- Go to Tools | Accounts
- Click on Add | Mail
- In Display Name, this will be the "From" name people will see.
- Click "Next"
- E-mail address: Type the email address you would like to send email from: you@[yourdomain].com
- Click "Next"
- My incoming mail server is a "POP3".
- Incoming Mail (POP3 or IMAP) server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Outgoing Mail(SMTP) server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Click Next
- POP account name: [username], Password: [passwd] Click "Next".
- Choose your connection type depending on your connection method.
- Click Next.
- Click "Finish"
